cant just slap no random crits on something and say it balanced
maybe this would be good

+33% clip size
+25% fire speed
+30% projectiles per shot
-15% reload speed
-15% damage penalty
-30% damage vs buildings

Because it looks like this weapon is modeled after the semi automatic SPAS-12, i think the stats should be:
+33% firing speed
+15% Damage Increase
-33%Clip size
-15%Movement Speed on player while in use

Alt-Fire: Fire 2 shells at once, with a little less than double the bullets.

-25% firing speed
-10% damage penalty
I'm acting on the HL Shotgun:
+100% ammo capacity, increasing to 64 reserve ammo.
+33% clip size

-50% ammo from all ammo sources
Wearer starts with only 50% ammo for this weapon

Shotgun uses Minigun ammo, increasing ammo reserve to 200. (Or 300 for Natascha)

Firing the Minigun will reduce the ammo for the shotgun.

Like the shotgun from TFC.

-10% Movement speed on wearer
Adds 6 shells
Shells spreads when shot
-5% Projectile speed
+5% Damadge penalty
-36% Damadge vs buildings
Alt-Fire shoots 2 shells at once.

i think this would be a gorgeous weapon for battle engineer

+25% clip size
+30% reload speed

-10% larger spread
-no critical hits

simple yet effective
