how about -35 damage
+50 firing speed
can be placed on sentries and when you be come a sentry you cant move but you can shoot laft mose for guns right mose for rockets when you run out of ammo you be come an engi again

+Fires at targets at range automatically ("In view" is kind of OP")
-50% less ammo (Pistol has like 200 so yeah)
*Can be placed on sentries, +5 damage per bullet (wow 8-10 dmg per bullet), -10% sapping speed, but have to be sapped twice when red tape recorder is placed on it. Eat that, red tape recorder spies.

For me,it could look like a pocket-sized MG. Example:
+Does not need to reload;
+50% firing speed;
+Can be placed on sentries to:
prevent ammunition waste from the sentries,
gain sentry's accuracy;
-Once its ammunition is gone, you have to go to the locker to get it back or use 200 of metal;
-40% damage.

Instead of a pistol make it sentry. you can carry it around and it'll shoot automatically but you can't switch weapons and it'll dissapear after it uses up all it ammo (which'll be pretty low). should cost around 130 metal and you shouldn't be able to repair it

PROS:
+No reload needed
+Can destroy sappers
+1 critical shot for every sapper destroyed
+Generates "Spy-Vision" with every sentry kill ("Spy-Vision" reveals cloaked/disguised spys for a short period of time)
CONS:
-35% damage
-50% ammo carried
-Cannot get ammo from dispensers
+25% sapper destruction rate

i have some great stats:

+35% damage
can be charged to shoot a bolt that disables a sapper for 5 seconds
Charged shots on buildings without sappers attached give them a damage resistance of 20% for 5 seconds(or 3 seconds)
While active:
+10% sentry firerate
+25% ammo and health regeneration of dispenser
25% shorter teleporter charging

-60% clipsize
30% slower firerate
15%slower reload
buildings are sapped 25(35)% faster
bolt has a recharge time of 10(15) seconds
bolt consumes whole clip and 50 metal
