Stats!
- Fires like a shot from a crusaders crossbow or flare gun. (i.e, goes arched, not as fast as a bullet, etc.)
- Limited ammo (11 max.)
- Can only restock via random ammo boxes or supply cabinets (No fallen weapons!)
+ Fires at the same rate as the scout's bat (i.e, attack interval at 0.5s instead of 0.58s)
+ No reloading
+ On hit, causes enemy to bleed for 2.58 seconds

It would be cool if Valve added this and they made a item set with the kunai, these throwing stars and something for a invis watch

Instead of the bleeding why not make it like... continuous hits will deal more damage?

The Shuriken
Level 5 Throwing Star

On Hit: 100% chance to slow target
+66% clip size
-58% max primary ammo on wearer

Additional info:
Shot type: Projectile
Effect: Slow by 40% for 2 seconds (Does not stack)
Clip size & ammo cap: 10
Attack interval: 0.58 s
Damage: 20 - 35 (possible bleed)
Critical: 80

This weapon will be used much like the real life shurikens were used: a distraction with chip damage. The focus of the weapon is to draw fire to yourself to help your team-mates or to hold of an attacker in the hope of help. The slow effect is caused by the target being distracted and the crit damage will be as if the shuriken hits soft tissue.

User has 8 to throw
15s to restock or pick up from ground or fallen enemy
Flies fast and straight (like a direct hit rocket)
+25% chance to deflect off walls and other surfaces
Silent Killer (no atttack noise)
Thrown as fast as you can fire
Instant kill on Head or Neck shot

Can be airblasted by enemy pyros
-50%damage (to compensate for bleed damage)
Normal revolver damage on crits
