manta has no cool down making heroes impossible to kill, that cant be as designed

Since manta has no cd, people spam it constantly, eventually breaking the game. First it lags, then everyone else other than your hero turns invisible. And although they are invisible, you can still see all the skillshots being shot.

I have seen people getting rapiers in my game. When hovering over the description it says manta_tooltip or something like that. Is this intended or an abuse?

Victory screen is swapped, shows radiant victory when dire have 50 kills and vice versa.

A few things: You can buy crimson guard and both levels of boots of travel from the shop which doesn't seem intentional. There's also an item called '#DOTA_TOOLTIP_ABILITY_ITEM_MANTA_SKILL' which gives you +100 strength, essentially tripling your HP and more than doubling your damage, it has a rapier icon and when you use it's active it plays your standard casting animation. Once you buy it you've essentially won the game as nobody can kill you and your autoattacks do as much damage as the pudge hook. I don't know if it's intentional but it's definitely imbalanced.

@Davisd, thanks for all the info. Are there any other items you can get? Are you getting them out of the secret shop or the normal shop somehow?
