Statistics
+As the gun fires each shot plays a Note.
+If a full magzine is shot non-stop it will complete a song causing the next shot fired to Crit.
+60% Firing Rate
+50% Magazine Size
-50% Total Ammo
-If the Song is not completed after the gun is fired the wearer will cause 25% less damage.
+This negative effect can be remove by completing a full song.

For all of those who think the gun is OP remember the Gun only has two six shot Magazines and you must fire a full Magazine in order to avoid a damage penalty.

if you could suck up to 6 projectiles it would be balanced + if the projectile is kritzed the projectile is still krtiz'd also a slower fire rate would balance it out i think

that is way too op, and besides, we need a sticky launcher that works with a new mechanic, and one with normal bombs using stats. if you check my option for this you will see it is very balanced.

I will be thinking of a new mechanic soon. Only if you think it is needed here, like you said in an earlier post.

And speaking of the "Battle of the Bands" set, tell me what you think on the "Crash Cymbals" stats, too.

it is most likely needed, and -20% damge is good. i dont really have any suggestions for the crash symbols, because i really dont know all of possible stats for it. but if i had too..

+25 max charging speed
+can do impact at any range
-25% damage penalty

(OPTIONAL)
Side notes: Charge impact makes a loud cymbal crashing noise.

Pro's:
+10% damage on impact.
On impact, the targeted player's screen shakes for 5 seconds.
+5% charge rate.

Con's:
-30% fire resistance on wearer.
On impact (with anything), your own screen shakes for 2 seconds.
