I have a seriously high end Desk Top Alien PC and run the game in maxed out graphics but when it comes to the super large ghosts in the Butcher part of the ruins I am running into the crashes if there are more than 2 or maybe 3 ghosts to fight at the same time.
I have been forced to reduce the graphics of the game to get past this issue.

I hope this info helps anyone else running into this.
