STATS?
It can either go 2 ways:

Halloween Resticted Default Minigun.

Or a gun with stats.

+ Less damage is taken towards the head
+1 Fire afterburn immunity (When your on fire, you only loose 1-2 health a second)
+ People who are marked for minicrits with result in 100% critical hits (For example, if a scout with the FAN hits someone, and you shoot the same guy with this gun, instead of minicrit damage, there critical hits.)
- 50 bullet capacity (You only have 150 bullets)
- No critical hits

Are these good?
Any others?

This I think Is tottaly what it should be!

Or something that incorporates the "scared" debuff:

The Big Bones
Level 666 Minigun

-25% Damage.
Damage dealt fills "BOO" bar. (600 damage needed to fill, like buff banner)
Once "BOO" is full, taunt to cause any enemies in heavy's line of sight (at a reasonable range) to become stunned with fear for 5 seconds.

(The taunt lasts about 2 seconds, leaving heavy himself about 3 seconds to spin up and cause a little chaos. More of a team-helping debuff on the enemy, if you can position well.)

(Also, the stun is the "half-stun" that comes from being scared of halloween bosses or hit by a short-distance sandman)

+100 ammo
+20% move speed of heavy (when the gun is deployed)
+10% vulnerability to explosives
- 10% fire speed
+ 15% damage under the efects of rage bar (without the bar this gun deal normal damage)
- 50 of overheal ( you only get 400 of life with overheal not 450)

ºhave a rage bar.
(to fill the bar you need to deal 600 damage at the same life)

ºwith rage bar full this gun deal mini crits with "scarry bullets" when are under the rage bar time

ºhave the same duration like the buffs of soldier

ºno random criticals (only with kritzkrieg you can get the 100% of critics)

How is losing 75 Health OP? Not to mention increasing to 115 Health when overhealed...
¬° Mr.B Oct 2, 2013 @ 4:55am
because having a damage buff with a shorter spin up adn no movement speed reduction on heavy means your not gunna hit him with rockets hes gunna be able to hit you anywhere with a minigun thats going to be doing 8 damage a hit from its fathest range and your gunna be ♥♥♥♥ered
