What environments would you like to see?
Rob a corporate office? How about a bank?

That can be done for sure, a super high-tech ship with onboard security lasers, guards and cameras?

I've always liked those ancient ruins levels that have some kind of military presence hiding in them. Turrets just mix so well with booby traps and walls that slide together to crush you

Awesome, we'll think about adding that one in!

you should make one where you have to sneak around on a flying fortress and the goal is to knock out the engines

Here's some ideas, although I don't know how practical they are:

Airport / Plane (or both): A man with secret files on his laptop, which you need, is running to a country where you can't get him. Avoid the guards (and don't attract civilian attention) and steal the files.

Skyscraper: If navigating one floor worth of guards wasn't challenging enough, how about 50? And no, you can't use the elevators (you would be trapped, and all the guards could hear the doors opening/closing), but if you need an escape route, elevator shafts can get you down pretty fast...

Prison: Cause what's a Stealth game without breaking someone out of prison?
Or, better yet, creating a distraction to get someone out, and then still having to get out alive while being pursued.

Military Compound: Doesn't really require an explaination.

Police Station: Hey, if you're good enough to steal something out of a police station...

Your House: Well, you're kind of a criminal, right? The police will search your house eventually, and you might need to get some... incriminating things out without their notice.

Factory: Dodging deadly machinery and guards while looking for evidence of embezzlement or production records worth a lot to stockbrokers sounds pretty cool.

An Embassy: Secret political information is usually heavily guarded, and often fun to steal.

In Space!: Whenever the game takes place, is there any excuse Not to have espionage in space?
And Lastly, Your Workplace: Cause what would be a better tutorial starting the game than Stealing the game?

An arctic/snowy fortress is always a great location for stealth games.

I would like to see a map where your objective is to neutralize all the guards without being in contact with them in any way, just trap them in rooms and things like that.
