Err... the cons don't really make sense. -5%? And "10+" firing speed doesn't make too much sense. Aaand you said 10+damage then -5 damage. How bout:


+20% Firing speed
+10% damage

-15% movement speed on wearer


On kill:
+ 30% movement speed
+ 10 health gained

- 40% explosion resistance for 7 seconds

I like this stat but i'll prefer put 7 second explosion vulnerability to 5 cause if your going battle sniper your pretty much a bomb waiting to explod.

My opinion
Good:
+10% faster reload speed
+15% extra health on wearer
Each kill grants 5 seconds worth of crits and restores 25% of your health
and move as fast as a medic.

Bad:
-20% damage penalty (low damage best used at certain ranges)
-25% smaller ammo count (50 ammo instead of 75)
-10% slower fireing speed

Pro's-
+10 walkspeed,
+10 Firing spped,

Con's-
-5 damage
-10 Damage too spy's,
-5 damage to jartete enemies.

here mine:
+25% attack speed.
+15% clip size.
-30% ammo capacity.
+10 accurary.
After kill with headshot, nearby teammates gain mini-crit boost for every weapon.
On taunt: +3% walk speed while zooming.
Cannot be crit boost.
No random critical hit.
+15% dammage. + 5% capacity of munition. -10% fire cadence.

Supply of munitions replenishes over time!

-35% damage
needs lower rate of fire because it looks somewhatheavier than the stock SMG
crits on kill is a no go since we have that on the cleaner's carbine

also:
I think there should be not too much different stats for this gun because it looks quite "normal"
and this way nobody needs to read a whole book on how to use it.
