Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut

Framerate
Will this game be unlocked or at least 60FPS? The terrible framerates are what put me off the PS3 version.

I figure if it doesn't, we'll still get a frame rate unlocker. We're on the PC after all.

That might totally muck up the game, though.

So I wasn't the only version who had framerate issues on the PS3. I highly doubt that there is going to be a problem with FPS on the PC, the 360 version was fine and had no issues whatsoever as far as i remember. I think the FPS problem that happened with DP, is the same issue that happened with Skyrim, which messed up the FPS. So i wouldn't worry about that.

"Japanese console game ported to pc" Those six words are a good enough reason to be worried about the framerate.

They've already gone over this in the FAQ thread: http://i.imgur.com/9V2wLID.png

Dark Souls had a 60FPS unlocker within weeks.

Hopefully it will run on 60fps. The bad frame rate on PS3 was horrible x.X

we'll mod the ♥♥♥♥ out of it anyway

Wasn't it within hours?

It was actually more like months. DSfix was initially just to remove the 720p resolution buffer. It wasn't until another guy developed the 60fps mod that it finally became integrated into DSFix.

Either way, I can't play games at less than 60fps, especially on £1000+ PC hardware.

That was the resolution fix. 23 minutes.

It wasn't months, Brisk. About two weeks, actually.

It was almost exactly 1 month, like I said it was.

You said "Months"

and you said "two weeks"

:)

Yes, but the 60 FPS unlocker messed up the game terribly if you tried to play it normally. What about this game?
