-The range of the explosion is bigger than kamikaze
-Taunt duration : 7 seconds then explode like a sentry buster

Accuracy: 100%
Can fall: Yes
Speed: Fastish
Effects: Slowmo, Instagib on hit,and Motion Blur
Removes all hats and gives rever admin a "Ban Hammer" weapon

how about a taunt kill for the weapon? such as the soldier holds the pick.exe up in the air and waits 2 seconts, during those 2 seconds, the soldier is charging the pick.exe then explodes
