well if the rockets are steam powered it could be something like this
+extinguishes allies
+clouds enemy vision for 7 seconds(like a dripping foggy effect)
-20% damage

It would make a CTD noise when fired, and shoot 2+1 rockets, because GabeN can't count to 3. Also, the third rocket would fire several seconds after the first two. Otherwise, the launcer has 20% less accuracy, but causes enemies hit to lagjump TO THEIR DOOM!!! MUAHAHAHAHHAAAAA!

i like the idea that i kind of steams / blinds the person u hit for a few seconds :)

- Cannot move while firing

Because, as we all know, hl2.exe can't be running, so why should we?

How about this:

The range of projectiles can be charged (like stickybomb launcher)
- Projectiles get suck down from the gravity (like syring Projectiles)
- 25% clip size

+ 30% explosion radius
+ 20% more Damage against Buildings

Eh, I agree with the developer's stats, but -25% clip size has already been used twice as a debuff, the game requires originality. Just sayin'. Like ... uh, I dunno, -75% carried ammo ? That steam rocket looks quite heavy, so I'd say it'd fit.

Alt-Fire: Detonate Rocket

+ 25% more damage on detonate
+ 30% faster rocket speed
+ On critical kill: 0% damage to self from rocket jumps for 5 seconds.
- 60% more damage to self from rocket jumps.
- 40% less damage on wall blast

There aren't ay negatives...
I agree with the idea. I think that the down side should be that the detonation damages friendlies aswell for 25 damage.
Or, when you rocket jump you get the normal damage but you get set on fire for around 3 seconds aswell.

I agree with the idea. I think that the down side should be that the detonation damages friendlies aswell for 25 damage.
I think the + and the - are supposed to represent weather its an upside or downside,like "Plus: 30% more rocket speed" or "Downside: 60% more damage to self"
