The pros:

+25% swinging speed
+50% Melee resistence on wearer

The Cons:

-30% movement speed when equipped
Player cannot be healed by medkits and medics.
+50% damage
+3 health regen when taken out

Player cannot be healed by medics, dispensers, or medkits on the floor
+100% fall damage (falling is practicly an instant kill)
Crafting: Axtinguisher + Axtinguisher + Scottman's Skullcutter + Reclaimed Metal

it's rather expensive for a weappon
+75 Damage -50 Swinging speed Reasonable. After hit people take damage. You dont take fall damage. When falling you float. Like a feather.

+25% Faster Speed
+30% Damage
When Higher Than 75% of maximus health you have:
-25% Faster Speed
-30% Damage
On 5 Succeful Kills You Gain Crits For 10 Seconds BUT you have
-40% Speed

PROS:
-On kill, add 1 head to the head counter
-For each head on the head counter, +5 HP and +10% Run Speed. Max of 5 Heads

CONS:
-For each head on the head counter, -15% Heal Rate from medics and -15% health from kits.

Decrease Dmg By 25%-
Slower Speed 15%-(attack Speed and Move Speed)
No Random Critical Hits

i think it should be a reference to the harvenger scyth in risk of rain.

Giving you some sort of health bonus probibly:




Damage delt by the wepon is health back.

-45% damage penelty
