all enemy players in a 4 meter radius get "radioactive condition" causes them to loose 2 points of health every second until they are healed by a medkit or a medic

That seems like a tad bit overkill. maybe drop the damage and make the after effect die off after a few secodns, then make it like the ullapool caber (one hit, then it just does basic damage). That seems like a more balanced weapon.

I fully agree with this, but I'm a bit confused. Do other sources minicrit radiactive enimes but this does crits to radoactive enemies?

+100% damage vs other pyros
-20% damage vs non-pyros
-can't be healed by dispensers or medics while being held

The pyro lacks a proper method to deal with other pyros, hopfully this will remedy this.

+Causes afterburn on the target.

-40% lower damage.
- +0.4 sec weapon switch speed

Shotgun is better than a melee, even a powerful one. Just look at the caber demos and how succesful they are when going for a pyro.
