Stats Suggestions
+More fire to fuel ratio: Takes longer to run out of fuel.
+More damage
-Less afterburn damage
-Gives you 170 health (Pyro's default is 175)

I feel like the Stats should involve replacing the Secondary Fire with something, for some reason, I can't see a big ol' compression blast coming out of that cute li'l tube.

-can't Airblast
+Alt-Fire: shoots a ball of fire from nozzle (like the kamehameya blast)
or
Alt-Fire: sprays gasoline/propane on ground/wall/enemy

Im thinking that if it could airblast that it would be at the cost of +50% and while it would be weaker than a regular airblast, the compressed "air" could be shot with the flamethrower and be caught on fire, and that it would do more damage than regular, like maybe 50%, equivalent exchange xD more fuel usage for more damage!

The Twisted Torcher
Level 1-100 Tubular Flamethrower
Alt-Fire: Launch a blast of caustic embers, setting target on fire for 3 seconds and going through up to 4 players
+20% afterburn damage
+When using normal fire, each ammo point expended will blast one ember that will set enemies on fire for 2 seconds and cannot go through players (as opposed to the normal ember blast)
-10 health

-70% direct damage(does not effect afterburn)
+10% afterburn length
-no moving backwards you are only allowed to move forwards

Stats: Fire and Airblast space is increased by 15%. +15% damage. +airblast cost half. -no afterburn. Taunt: like the rainblower but insted of blowing bubbles and fire it comes out like in meet the soldier and then explodes.

people need to use friendly airblast, medic, water, heal packs, dispensers, etc. more often...

all I can really think of to balance this more would be to increase its fuel consumption rate a lot.

What about this:

Pros:
+15% Dammage

Cons:
+2x Ammo consumation while firing.
Special: Airblast costs 25 ammo.
