+25% damage vs. players on fire (total of +75% damage)
+25% projectile speed
-On miss, player is marked for death for 8 seconds
-25% slower reload time

These stats make the weapon similar to 'The Direct Hit' or 'The Loch n' Load'. The stats are created to lean torwards players with better accuracy while using the flare gun. If you actually hit the person, great! That's +50% damage right on them. If you miss, however, you better get to a safe spot quickly, cause those mini-crits will take you out quickly. The reload time is slower, as it's made to be a '1 hit does it all' kinda weapon with a risky side to it.

Level 20 Flare Gun

+100% longer afterburn time
+25% more afterburn damage
+50% projectile speed
Alt-Fire: Fire a "super flare" that ignites all enemies in a medium radius at the cost of 10 ammo
-100% damage
-No random critical hits
-Cannot be crit boosted
-30% shooting speed
-40% explosive damage resistance on wearer

I really want an "anti-sniper" flare gun. The scorch shot is one, i know. I just need a "better one".

Here's my idea:

+25% damage
+50% afterburn time
+10% afterburn damage
Crits on already burning players

-15 health upon firing
(It's hot!)

PROS:
-Afterburn is permanent until enemy dies or reaches a supply cabinet.
+25% reload speed.

CONS:
-80% burn damage.

Basically a flaregun that just causes havoc and may or may not finish off an enemy that is really far from a supply cabinet.
