Pre-order or buy on release costs
Let's say a guy pre-orders the release game for 15$ now, and another guy wants to wait untill it's released to buy the game. Will the guy that waited for the actual release of the game be able to buy it for 15$, or will he have to pay more for it?

I'm figuring what guy I should be...

They did now say anything about the release price as far as I know.

... just as Drakonos mentioned. There was no comment on a final release price (neither inside nor outside Steam).

I assume its going to be the same. Other games tend to brag about their 15% pre-order discount. Though you know what they say about assuming.

If you're certain you want to play on release, pre-ordering is the way to go (I don't know if they'll increase the price at release, but they certainly won't reduce it), if time is not an issue for you at all, you could always wait another couple months, or a year, after the release to see if it goes on discount.
