also for the taunt, the spy could do something like lay down a rose on the ground, and say something like rest in peace to the person he just killed

Someone had a cool idea on the first version where he would taunt, bringing the rose to hise nose and say the line from Meet the Spy "Ahhh... My petit chou-flour" or something like that. sounded perfect. But then again, that's just brainstorming. =P

+20 Health For 10 seconds
+10% Cloak For 40 Seconds

Downsides:
-10 Fire Resistance
-10 Explosive Resistance.

Absolutely. I love this idea. maybe a movement speed bonus on backstab? because you know he's running away. that would make it a good knife for running in, taking out the medic and then getting out alive while the heavy spins up his minigun. or something.
