I noticed a nice amount of people were complaining on copyright for this item and that it wouldn't get added. However, Years ago the Medic received the Vita-Saw, which is the Little Sister's syringe. I don't know if this would get added or no, but I know for a damn fact this won't get marked incompatable for being a Darth Vader helmet
