Charge ammo that works the similiar to the Medic's Medigun and has to be fully charged to fire. Recharges over time and must be fully charged to shoot.

+25% Damage
+20% Firing Speed
+50% Damage To Buildings
+Being Ubercharged gives infinite ammo and fires in a beam dealing xxx amount of damage a second. Upon killing an enemy the beam travels to other enemies and stuns them for 3 seconds. (Reduced movement speed, unable to attack, stuff like that)
+Wet enemies take more damage.

-Can't refill ammo from pickups.
-Being wet from water causes insta-death. Can't shoot is sodden from Jarate or Mad Milk.
-Stunned for 5 seconds when charge is depleted.
-60% movement speed when shooting.

Maybe a little OP, though.

i think thats a really good idea. maybe just remove the "+20% firing speed". but good idea though

+Does not use "ammo". (Instead it has a "progress bar" like the bison / cow mangler)
+Generates 5 bullets / second when not firing
+15% more accurate
-Cannot recieve "bullets" from dispenser
-15% bullet speed
-20% damage to buildings

Worst stats ever.

it has no bullets needed its able to to fire electric bullets decreases damage if u fire to long also damages yourself the bar will go white for good yellow for warning and red for danger once the bar goes down fully must wait 30 secs for it to recharge

+alt-fire shoot very large amount of bullets at 1 shot (about 5 secs to charge and takes all charge)
+mini-crit to wet enemies
-does only 10% damage to buildings
-can't be powered by crits (mini-crits only)
-must be charged (10 bullets per second, 15 bullets-1 level dispencer, 20 bullets- 2 level dispencer, 30 bullets-3 level dispencer)

My idea is about using this like a "lightning gun" that you see in so many other games. It would fire a "beam", that works just like that of a medigun, but drains enemy health rather than restoring it. All the basic properties, like indirect fire, still apply.

+ Electric beam weapon (drains 50 health/second from enemy)
+ Additional 33% range (compared to other beam weapons)
+ While attacking enemy, beam will arc (if possible) to another enemy within 3 meters of the first, draining 30 health/second from them
+ While user is Ubercharged, beam will arc to a third random enemy (within 3 meters of second), likewise draining 30 health/second
+ Deals mini-crits (60 health drained/second) to all wet players

- Consumes 6 ammo per second while deployed
- User takes 25% more damage from all sources while weapon is held
- User takes full crit damage while under the effects of Jarate (at all times)
- Can only obtain ammo from Dispensers and Resupply Cabinets
- Does not randomly crit

Too OP? Too many drawbacks? What do you think?
