Could works like caber no?but when it explode you don't fly (but if the damage be the same you would die with the explosion)

My original idea was this:

as a secondary weapon

click to through, does mini crit explosive damage
on miss, player takes mini crit explosive damage

as a melee weapon

-20% swing speed
right alt-fire to throw
on miss player takes damage
re-arm at base

Secondary Weapon
Boomerang travels in a small arch, explodes on impact and must wait for it to recharge to use again. If miss target : Boomerang goes back to the location it was thrown from and explodes.
downsides : +10% Fire Vulnerability. (Its made of wood, and fire meeting rocket would usually mean kaboom, so it makes sense) No random critical hits. +10-15% longer charge time. (You kinda have to find/carve a new boomerang, then attatch a rocket to the thing...)

almost forgot : Taunt : Sniper snaps the boomerang in half and lunges forward, if hit enemy gets stabbed with the 2 boomerang parts and they get stuck inside of them, then exploding. if miss you lose the boomerang until it recharges and the area you taunted at explodes after a few seconds ( You dropped the boomerang piece that had the bomb on it, it wasnt going to be useful anymore anyway)

+Acts as a homing missle and targets any enemy in front of you within a certain range

Neutral:
Range is about 15 meters

Pros:
+The rang comes back, if it didn't hit anything, comes back with the explosive
+Base damage on direct hit is 90
+Does splash damage when hit

Cons:
-Explodes on impact
-The explosive needs to be recharged, takes half times longer than the Jarate's recharge

Remove the Health/ammo kit pickup and increase base damage to 85-100.
It seems more balanced.

I agree with this. It should also be able to be replaced at an ammo container, dispenser, or resupply, and it should do splash damage when thrown, with the same damage as the rocket launcher
