Pros:
+15% damage bonus
+15% faster firing speed
+2 clip size
Cons:
-15% reload speed
+15% damage vulnerabillity from fire
-15% secondary ammo on wearer

Well. Keep in mind this is for all classes with a shotgun so -15% secondary ammo would only effect the engie. The damage vulnerability from fire wouldn't really matter to the pyro because of his afterburn immunity. So the pyro would be getting 2 extra shots in the clip and a 15% firing speed and and damage upgrade. The only real bad thing for the pyro would be the slightly slower reload speed, so it wouldn't be the most balanced weapon.

Primary weapon for engineer (Raiding Aid) sounds like a offensive support weapon.
Seems good for combat engineer
Pros:
+20 health
+2 clip capacity
Grants 1 minicrit for every assist from you and your sentry
Cons:
-25% max metal capacity
-15% movement speed while moving building
No random critical hits

This shotgun IS the secondary for all classes except for the engineer.

for heavy only:

builds boost on hit like the baby face blaster, up to medic speed
boost drains quickly when holding your primary or melee weapon
+15% accuracy
-5% base speed while active
-10% damage
10% bullet vunrability on wearer
