Lungbuster
A needed Stats page
A stats page is needed of course. I suggest +40% damage, only minicrits burning targets. The name lungbuster gave me the impression it was more about brute force then burning.

Shatters on contact with surface
Explodes on contact with enemies
That would be kinda crappy.

-30% carryed ammunition (10 aditional flares rather then 16)
-20% reload speed (1.6 second reload)
+40% damage (roughly 43 damage per hit and 129 on crits and 57 damage for mini crits)
Close only counts in flare battles (explode on contact with a surface dealing 40% full damage [this equals 17 damage] to enimeys caught in its modest blast radius and lighting them on fire cannot crit with splash damage)
projectiles whistle as they fly.

-30% Afterburn duration

-10% Damage

Can charge (10 in-game seconds) to fire a shot that deals 65% More damage but sends you flying backwards, afterburn last 10 extra seconds.

hold two flares at once
-30% reload speed
+60% damage
explodes on impact
-50% burn damage

Pros:

Cons:
-90% afterburn damage.
-10% reload time.

Pros:
+30% damage
Rage bar (Fills up every 3-5 Kills)
*When rage bar is full, release a nova of fire around you mini-criting enemies.

Cons:
-10% reload speed
-20% range
-90% afterburn damage.
Feel like this fits the title of the gun...

@Dread How much would the nova do, -90% afterburn is basically none. And -20% range, did you mean -20% projectile speed? Also flare guns reload when not active, so that's not really a big deal, how about 20%

+50% damage bonus (45 damage points)
-50% afterburn time
mini crits burning players
+10 chance of damage recoil for each shot (reset for each damage to player)
mimics olden guns with black gunpowder

Sticks on walls, can be detonated by using alt fire. Does only 10 damage on hit. lights enemy's on fire, only one deployed at any gives time. Like a detonator, sticky launcher mix.

That sounds kinda interesting but for only one at a time it better have a big radius and most likely mini-crit or crit burning targets.

Creates a lingering cloud that slows and disorients
50% larger blast radius

50% less max secondary ammo
