Stats
This gun looks awesome, so I'm gonna try to come up with an awesome stat load out.

-25% Ammo
-15% Damage
+50% Knockback
+25% Range
Long distance shots minicrit.
Gets critical hits on stunned or bleeding enemies.
Does not light on fire.

+Shots knock back on impact
+Shots explode
-15% slower firing rate
-Shots do not ignite
*Shots are effected 10% more by gravity

+ 400% magasine size
+ shoots entire clip at once
+ 10 sec bleed
+ 25% knockback
- shots do only 15% damage after XXX amount of distance
- shots have 25% more arc
- 50% slower reload speed
- shots do not ignite

Looks like a Loose Cannon + Detonator, so what about:

(!) Explodes 2 second after fiiring.
(!) Bounces after landing.

Pros:
Can be detonated by clicking alt-fire at any time.
+20% Damage.
Can hold the fire button for 3 seconds to deal critical damage on timed explosion and drop projectile speed con.

Cons:
Looses damage bonus upon remote detonation.
-15% Projectile speed.
-20% Reload rate.
+20% Damage to self.

Cannot Ignite Enemies
Can constantly bounce of enemies as long as it doesn't hit the floor/walls
Low Damage (30 standard, 90 crit)

Possible stat
First target hit takes 10% more damage and 50% increased knockback for 6 seconds
(to fit with the quake theme)

Ok:

Flare explodes with a tiny radius
-100% damage to self on wearer (so the explosion deals no damage to you)
Crits enemies if you are in the air

+50% knockback taken from all sources

No random crits
-40% secondary ammo on wearer (so only 15)
-20% damage

Next step is to let the pyro use a flamethrower that lets you glide and you can become a flare-jumping, crit-dealing airborne assassin.

Please, volvo let us flare jump, let us accomplish what the detonator hasn't.

This is my opinion about what the stats should be like

+ 25% damage bonus if the projectile hits directly at the enemy
+ Able to detonate with m2 (mouse 2)
- 25% increase in reload time
- 60% damage penalty if detonated with m2
- 20% more vulnerability to bullets (idk)

does SMALL explosion on impact

-25% damage penalty
-25% range
-50% fire damage penalty
-fire only lasts for 5 seconds
