Before I start anything, keep in mind Valve doesn't use community made stats; They are just there for opinons and fun so, LOOK AT THIS FIRST!

+30% splash damage
+20% damage
+60% damage to buildings
-75% clip size
-50% ammo capacity
-Cannot gain ammo from Dispensers

Crafting: Loch-Load, Direct Hit, Direct Hit

Crafting blueprint: Flare Gun + Scorch Shot + Sticky Jumper + Scrap Metal

- Stats -

Advantages:

No projectile gravitation until contact
+15% faster movement speed
Able to destroy projectiles in mid-air

Disadvantages:

After 2 seconds of projectile traveling will shatter itself
-50% damage penalty
-33% clip size
No random critical hits

Note:

1. The projectiles ingore their own weight and flying ahead like rockets until they reach enemy(explode), surface(bounce), projectile(explode), ally(bounce) or shatter (by traveling 2 seconds long).

2. Explodes on contact with enemy projectiles like grenades, sticky bombs, balls, rockets, arrows, bolts, included The Machina projectile. Behave like stock grenades on contact with surfaces, that means they are just bouncing around and rolling on the ground and then explode.

3. Can be reflected like a normal grenade but this reflected projectile can be destroyed by another Ultimatum projectile. Both of the 2 Ultimatum projectiles are explode, any other projectiles are just shatters on contact with this projectile.

4. Of course no projectile gravitation from airblast as long as the first mentioned contacts.

Hidden ability: Able to double jump once an Ultimatum grenade is on the ground and shoot another one to it then crouch+jump.

Paint covers enemies and buildings, making enemies take mini-crits and buildings take full crits ( I know technically buildings can't take crit damage, but Meh. )

- 100% Damage ( You can't hurt people with paint :/ )
- 75% Clip Size
- 50% Ammo Carried

Crafting:
Jarate + Scorch Shot + Reclaimed Metal

So basically it would be a weapon used only for support, which would make te demo rely on stickies for damge ( Which most demos do anyway d: )

that much of a damage bonus is way too much, and Loch and Load is the same basically, better splash damage and smaller clip is a good start though- awesome weapon keep it up :D

agree with more splash damage and ammo reduction, but the + damage is too much like the loch-n-load and valve likes unique weapons, id say

+30% splash damage

-5% damage to players }
or }- interchangable
-25% max primary ammo on wearer }

OR, going on the flare gun thing

Why not just more damage to buildings and less to players? Sort of like the Homewrecker, it would be satisfyingly balanced!

-40% Damage to players
+100% Damage to buildings
+ 1 Second fuse time
Bombs can be destroyed by bullets

Optionally:
+50% Projectile Speed (To get it into those damn sentry nests!)
(Or sentry damage resistance?)

+ Critical hits instantly kill enimes
+ +65% damage
