Vigil of Stendarr: Expanded

Description
This is the second installment in my mod series "Expanded" Which aims to put factions that were never really explained or anything done with them and, Well Expand them!

Once apon a time, On my first character I ever made in skyrim I was wadering the roads around whiterun. Suddenly I saw two people carrying torches walking towards me! They were vigilants of stendarr. They told me they hunted daedra and that they were headquartered at the hall of the vigilant and they marked it on my map! Then, when I went there... Nothing. And when I installed Dawnguard that nothing became even MORE nothing! Reduced to a mere tower on the edge of the map! That is what I am going to change with this mod.

At stendarr's beacon, the vigilant have rebuilt. It turns out that keeper Carcette survived the slaughter at the hall. And that she brought a collection of vigilants with her to the other location, that has now become their main center of operations.
(If you are one of those types who needs everything to be lore friendly, Lets just say that vigilant Tollan wasn't "In the know" About Carcette's escape.) The best part is, They are looking for new recruits! Now you can go to stendarr's beacon and join them! (Well, Not actually join them because I STILL Can't get dialogue to work! But Carcette can sorta talk, Via a pop up message.) It includes a Vigilant follower, A free horse, A free vigilant uniform, A BUNCH of vigilants, It makes stendarr's beacon ACTUALLY a beacon, Three different contracts that you can do for the vigilant of stendarr (sorta like the silver hand in my other "Expanded" Mod) and it even makes keeper Carcette marrigeable! (I think, Haven't actually tested this part.)

Update!: I found a bug where the vigilants were headless for some reason, I fixed that.

Enjoy!

When I first encountered them, I was half-way through the Companions questline.

Playing a good-karma werewolf character made that first encounter with them hilarious for me, but also was nice that they simply told me to back-off instead of actively provoke an attack.

Shows they have some semblance of restraint in contrast to 90% of the other NPCs that openly assault the dragonborn.

Is this compatible with the Stendarr's Beacon Enhanced mod?

@Queep I once made an entire build based around the restoration spell "Poison Rune"
as well as alot of alchemy. Almost finished the dark brotherhood quest, but ended up marrying a lusty argonian maid, Beating nazir into the ground, and running away to elseyr with the lizard lady that I married in vegas... Sorry I meant riften.

@High functioning sociopath
I generally tried to avoid any contact, but if it was unavoidable (such as Hermaeus Mora) then I generally went with any possible "daedra are evil" responses. Ended up being a great character. Restoration gets really fun once you restore stamina as well.

@Qweep
What about the quests where you can betray the daedra?
(Ie: Go with nelecar in the black star to steal azura's artifact, Killing barbas and making clavicus vile weaker than ever, saving sinding, giving the shards of the razor to silus, killing namira's priest and sparing the arkay guy, ect.)

I remember making a character just to play as a vigilant. Sticking to heavy gloves, boots with robes and hoods, only using 1-handers and restoration magic, rejecting all daedric quests... Good times.

But here is one for you....Re-unite Sheogoroth and Jyggalag via couples counseling. With the dragonborn being the counseler, heh.
