They made this agreement in 2013. I dont know why steam dont have «Revolution Under Siege» and «Napoleon Campaign» and «Birth of America 2». It all earlier than 2013.

Engine is AGE, how all they other games. But in PoN it work slow, because too many calculations. Try Rise of Prussia for example — game work fast.
