What is the best addon with guns?

For me it's M9K, CW 2.0, FA:S 2.0 and a little bit of TFA, but it usually depends on how good do you want it to be. If some gun addon looks nice, stick with it; if not, don't play with it.

Also, VJ Base and PTP are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
