This one stumps me, whenever I play Otomo, I can't use Tercos because they require three buildings for me (land sold, nanban port, and powder maker).

Now, that's not much of an issue, it's trying to remove at least one building from the requirement list that's an issue. I can find the entry for the tercos in land lease and nanban port, but not the entry for powder maker. It just doesn't exist. o.O

So, what do?

EDIT: I looked, somehow I added the land lease entry, but regardless of that, even checking the unedited files, portuegese terco's don't have an entry in the powder maker.
