It is currently your best option to play Android games not on tablet or phone. That is coming out in March.
Considering that Valve does have a mobile app, it is possible that Valve might be intereted in expanding to mobile market games. But that is a big guess without any proof what-so-ever.
Honestly, I can say with some confidence, Valve is not interested in bringing mobile games, as a whole, that do not currently have a PC build. At least, at this moment. (Watch Alden post something that will make me eat my words : ) )
The best thing you can do is ask if the company is willing to make a PC port of the game. Would be awesome to see a Kairosoft collection.
