Subscription question
Lets say if I were to subscribe to a skin and it would install then later on I do not want it anymore. If I were to click unsubscribe, would it remove it competley and recover the few mb or kb it used up on my HDD?

I don't think so. All subscribed mods are stored in the following path:

In every of these myl4d2addons-folders you can find one mod (by name) you have subscribed. Delete the folders manually you don't want no longer.

If this is a PC...

I would first un-subscribe to whichever mod you were subscribed to.
Then go to Steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons

Inside the addons you should find the vpk files of the mod you wish to get completely rid of. Delete those and it should be gone for good.

Hope this helped.
