I'll mention this here too: you can put dredmod.com into the Wayback Machine at https://archive.org/ to see older versions of the site. Some pages are still missing, but looks like one can find much of the info. I've been using that today, first time I've ever tried to mod Dredmor.

All of these resources are gone. Anything archived?

Thanks for that solution. I only just today realized that there was a program to convert Dredmor's spr files back into regular picture files; but all the links I could find to it were back to the now dead mod site. I was able to pull a copy of the program out of Wayback Machine though, so thanks. It really was looking that that old program was completely gone from the net.
