Sorry I meant to place it in the requested games thing. Sorry

You've got it a bit backwards. The owners of Cube World need to be convinced to try to contact Valve. You'll see faster results trying it that way.

That may be true but if steam finds them, that means that they must have checked out the game and in the process may make them put it up on the market in an instant instead of going through the teddiously slow procees of greenlight. Sorry about run on sentence/mispellings

While that might be the idea you're working under, Valve isn't exactly in the habit of going out of their way to find titles to add to their store.

Outside the devs coming to Valve, the only other way they could end up on Steam is if they win some sort of big indie award. Besides which, do you even know if they want to be on Steam?

I dont own them or know how they work but every little bit helps them get on steam. One word will echo louder and cause an avalanche. Meaning that this might or might not work but if it does it will be big and every small fan that supports them on steam will increase the chance that they hear and anser the call of the fans.

Wouldn't it be more effective for their Steam-using fans to encourage them to come to Steam on their forums? Y'know, where they can "hear" the call?

Yeah, that hasn't worked for anyone else so far. At least not on steam. It has worked for people over at Gog.com though. maybe you should try over there?

It is a shame you missed posting in the Request forum. In there you'd have found a whole bunch of like-minded people, all convinced that not contacting the devs is the perfect route and merely making a post in a forum the devs may never read will achieve something magical. None of those other people achieved their goals either.

Dude I did the same thing of posting it in the wrong place so dont worry. It'll be a thriving post either way!
