I propose to create a sort of social network TF2, where the player will be able to see your progress in the game, with whom he came in contact, to see how many bonus hours of play he has left, whom they talk to friends, etc.

Bonus...hours of play he has left? This sounds like some facebook game mechanic to get you to pay money to play more. Besides we already have the Steam Community that has more than enough features.
