The game keeps re-downloading over and over again the workshop content I'm subscribed to, even though I've already downloaded it. Every time I launch the game, I have to wait for the whole campaigns / models to download AGAIN to play them. Even though I've already downloaded and even played them.

Any solution for this?

(I've seen another thread about "steam going offline" but my steam is not offline, yet I'm still having this issue)
