Steam Greenlight
Songs in Greenlight games?
Do any developers on Greenlight need songs for their games? I'm not asking for myself, but I'm wondering what the process for this is. I know of a post-hardcore band who is interested in getting a song in a game.

Is this something that would be in demand for the right type of developer?

Well mostly the music is not done by the company itself but they hire a componist or something like that.
Indie developpers sometimes make the music themselves.

Any genre is welcome in a game as long as it fits with the game itself, some genres are harder than other of course!
That's what I was thinking. Where would I find developers looking for songs?

There are quite a few websites (like http://indiegamemusic.com/ ) that offer royalty free music which is a great option for indie developers, many of those sites also offer music that can be licensed too, it might be an idea to put their music on some of those sites.
