Problem with links adding

I'm trying to add a link on IndieGoGo project, but the system says that "a problem with access to item". What can be a problem with it?

Still getting the error... I'm attempting to change my Kickstarter link to a new one we are running. That might be a different problem?

Thanks for the help! I've isolated the problem and a fix has been pushed out.
