Requests on games not really made for pc?
there are a lot of games id like to play from for example the ps2 but on the PC...i really wanted to play dragon quest VIII recently but i dont want to pirate it...is there a way to get a big company to put their game on steam and obviously adjust the game for PC use?

Of course there's a way to get them to do that. The magic word is "money". Pay them enough and they'll do it. :-)

And no, they won't do it just for the sales. Sales alone won't be worth the effort.

If they never considered doing it in the first place, the chances of them doing it now, maybe a decade or so later is even smaller.
id deffinetly buy the games that i like if they did even at the full price they would be seeing in stores now. final fantasy XII was a lot of fun and if they made it for PC id get it in a heart beat. same with Drakengard and 2 and many more games

Final Fantasy might be the exception. Square Enix has been rereleasing the whole series, so we might see FF12 on PC eventually.
It might take a while though. last to be remade was FF6. FF7 and 8 are technically released on PC already but they are reimagening FF7 anyway. Dunno if they will bother with FF8. but then theres 9, 10 and 10-2 before they get to 12. (11 being a MMO if I recall corecctly.)
