Voting Problem! (Voting Issue FIxed)

Many people can't vote as it appears that a message displays that we don't have the previlages, which involves making microtransations,buy a game or register a cd key! But, we all have did all that is stated above and we can even vote on greenlight, which proves that this is a glitch of some sort! Valve you need to fix this! We want to vote for the best vidoes and i fear that by the time of selection, the votes will be little or none! Valve you need to help!

I too get this messege when trying to vote...

"Your account does not have sufficient privileges to perform this action. To access all features of Steam, simply purchase a game from the Steam store, redeem a Gift on Steam, complete a microstransaction, or activate a retail game on steam."

I have done all of the above.... for years!
PLEASE FIX this. I would like to vote.

There should be no need for a petition, they NEED to fix this regardless of a petition.

Yea true! The problem is that i don't think that they even know about the voting problem! is it possible? or are they currently fixing it? We need some of the valve guys to come look at this!

Had the same issue. After some time, i realized that all the videos in my queue were from 2012 (said so in title or description)...
So I searched for any direct links to 2013 entries, found them and was able to vote for them with a web client. I could also create new queues with 2013 entries.

Regardless of that, in the client I was only able to find 2012 entries again when I navigate through the community page and search for "saxxy", even though the suggestion completes to "Saxxy 2013".
TL;DR: the search bar under steamcommunity.com was bugged for me. Find direct links and go from there.

So the reason were not allowed to vote is because the entries we were viewing were from last year? I kinda get it now thx Dude.M! Quite a smart guy!

Ok, i have sussed it out thanks to dudemeister's info. Go to Community Home and from there search for hubs "3rd Annual Saxxy Awards", then you will be taken to the correct place and able to vote.
