Not true. when using SourceMod on a dedicated server, one would add the sm_cvar prefix to the cvars above. Note: 1=True/On 0=False/Off

0 is Off, but 1 is not On. For the survivor_friendly_fire_factor_(Difficulty)
cvar a number is the damage multiplier. That’s why the word Factor is in it, to tell you that it is a value that multiplies. Expert is normally set to 0.5 (half the damage the weapon normally does to zombies) so setting it to 1 would cause friendly fire to be 100% of the weapon damage, or twice as dangerous as Expert is normally.
