can you explain what exactualy you want? Like just delete the file?

I added a 3d model ... but I don´t want him anymore ... I wanted to delete it ... how do I do that?

remove there

also if downloaded from steam you may need to unsubscribe to it. otherwise it could potentially just download again next time you run the game
