Is it possible to alter the artillery sounds in the game?

im not sure if its possible or not but i think it would be really awesome if we could replace the artillery sound with the World at war like whistling artillery sounds its badass. If so any idea how to do it? or anyone want to do it?

No moding client side is possible, mod must be server side to allow the client to run mod (for online game). So it is possible but it needs to be a server mutator/mod.
