Skin Force-A-Nature: Unreal Tournament Flak Cannon?

Would anyone be willing to pick up a small project for sh*ts and giggles? I've been looking for anyone who can reskin the Force-A-Nature. I need it to be remodeled, animated, and given audio to be the Flak Cannon from Unreal Tournament '99 (I have specific images for reference). I can provide audio files in any required format, as well as specific images of the weapon. I personally do not know how to use the tools to build the model and post it, which is why I ask this of the community of available modders. If anyone could help me out, it would be appreciated!

P.s. I am on Steam often, so it would be the best way to get in contact with me.
