How do I format an .obj to a character model so I can item-test it?
I already have made a model with textures that is in-scale. How do I move on from here? PS I used Wings3D to make the model.

I'm having the same trouble, I think. Or at least, my obj files aren't testable using item test. However, I did find a way to see how the items work with the TF2 characters. You can see how they look and move with your character using the submission tool. I found this tutorial helpful: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=155101824
