Villager bonus on extra villagers in RMS?
So I want to make a random map, but give extra villagers to all, except I still want to give the Mayans an extra one and Chinese an extra three.. How can I do this? Is this possible?

Yes.

Have the standard:
create_object VILLAGER
{
set_place_for_every_player
min_distance_to_players 6
max_distance_to_players 6
}

Then you later make a:
/* Start with 7 extra villagers */
create_object VILLAGER
{
number_of_objects 7
set_place_for_every_player
min_distance_to_players 6
max_distance_to_players 6
}

Ahhhh, that was obvious! Duh! But I actually did that before and they were spawning on each other, so I thought it wasn't the right way.

EDIT: It's still not making sense, as I do:

create_object VILLAGER
{
set_place_for_every_player
min_distance_to_players 6
max_distance_to_players 6
}

then I want to add an extra villager,

create_object VILLAGER
{
number_of_objects 1
set_place_for_every_player
min_distance_to_players 8
max_distance_to_players 8
}

I end up with 6 in total, Mayans get 8, Chinese get 12!

It should just be 4 or 5 for Mayans and 7 for Chinese..

Sounds almost like you have the:
create_object VILLAGER
{
set_place_for_every_player
min_distance_to_players 6
max_distance_to_players 6
}

block twice. It should also be under OBJECTS_GENERATION,
