Programs that can make items for the workshop?
I have a lot of great ideas for items, but I don't have a modeling program. If possible, I would like a free program, but I could settle for a paid one as long as it isn't too expensive.

what you need is blender, open source and nearly as good as a paid one. buying one won't be an option but that'll cost thousand of dollars :)
