Does not have a PC version. Buy Square Enix and make the developers make one for you if you want it. Otherwise you're out of luck because it's not going to happen on it's own.

Also: use the search function. lots of people have suggested Final Fantasy 9 before you did.

The only ones who can port it are Square Enix so if you're really fixated on this, they're the ones you need to talk to, not us.
