Using fellow modders resources
With permission from PrivateEye I'm allowed to use his draugr meshes from Heavy Armoury. Problem is I don't know how. How can I use them so that new downloaders won't have to download H.A too?

Open up the bsa archive, pick out the things you need and then include them into your own bsa archive.

A good idea is to not use the same folders / filenamnes due to compability.

Many mods store their assets (scripts, meshes, textures, etc) in a bsa archive. You should be able to find it in the same folder as the esp file. It should have the same name as the esp.

You may want to look up software that can extract files from the bsa archive.

Should be <modname>.bsa. Assuming that it is not loose files.

Also if you use someone else's work - make sure to give them credit and thanks ... Might also want to ask permission too - just to keep things on the Up and Up ...
