Graphical issue on Rising Storm

Issue:http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=229954667 stuttering pixels.

How do i fix this?

My specs:
Windows 7 64
I7 930
ATI HD 5770 1GB
6GB ram

What i've already done:

Drivers are updated to the latest release.
Cache verified.
Game reinstalled.
Tried Hetzer solutions and didn't work.

First off, is it only that map? If so you may want to try deleting the maps files and verifieing steam game cache. If that doesn't work, check this out
