Abolishion of "at least Windows" rule with SteamOS release?

In "about Greenlight" it states that game must run "at least on Windows". But there are some libs (like ncurses which is wrapper for fancy terminal) which will ony run on Linux/Mac/SteamOS.

Are there any plans for changing "at least Windows" to "at least Windows or SteamOS"?

Doubt so since windows is the most commonly used system and most people will still use Windows later anyway. If a game is 'only' on SteamOS, depending on who uses it, it may not get enough votes or whatever to even pass. Plus the majority of people wouldn't be able to play it so meh...
